Julia needed cellphone reception for an hour to make some calls - she was leaving for China in a few days and needed to sort visa issues - so we pulled off the highway and ended up next to a large rock pile, with trails leading through the marsh to the lake. We opened up the car, Julia made her calls, and we hiked about.
