Tofurky Take Two
Again with the Quorn Tofurky, it’s even better the second day! Tonight we had more tofurky with stuffing and vegan gravy (olive oil, flour and veggie broth, and seasonings), with a big veggie-cobb salad (tofurkey, veggie bacon bits, almonds, etc) , a great ear of sweet corn, and a big slab of Maui sweet onion grilled to perfection. Turned out everything was rather pale and drab, so we changed the plates to something colorful, and Julia added some sliced tomato and greens for garnish.
